Lisa represented both the seller and buyer of 2 of the most significant sales in Sonoma and Napa Counties.  Pat Kuleto's Sage Canyon Ranch Vineyard in St. Helena sold for $8.25 million and the Platt Ranch and Vineyard Estate in Occidental sold for $11 million. In June 2017, she represented the sellers of 5623 Ross Branch Road in Sebastopol, which received multiple offers in 5 days and closed in 21 days. With very skilled and aggressive negotiating, that property sold for almost $900,000 over the list price.
